This policy describes how the EyoApps mobile application (“the App”) handles information when you use it. The App is provided for use by authorized staff of your organization.
The App requests permission to use the device camera only where needed for barcode scanning and related inventory or clinical workflows you initiate. Camera input is used to decode barcodes in real time. We do not use the camera for unrelated purposes (such as advertising profiling). Whether images or scan results are stored depends on features you use and your organization’s systems; follow your employer’s policies for sensitive data.
The App uses network access to communicate with servers and services configured by your organization (for example sign-in, APIs, and content you request). Authentication and operational data are handled according to your organization’s security practices and the terms they provide to you.
Besides camera and internet, the App may use other permissions required for its features (for example file access or device-specific scanner integrations on supported hardware). Those permissions are used only to deliver the App’s stated functionality.
The App may include standard libraries (for example for the web view, barcode scanning, or device integration). Your organization is responsible for any additional agreements or notices that apply to their deployment.
The App is intended for professional use by adults authorized by your organization, not for unsupervised use by children.
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do.
For privacy questions related to this App, contact your organization administrator or the team that issued your account.
